Wyoming is a mostly rural state with a population just north of 500,000, making it the least populous state in the U.S., and it is the second least densely populated.  Don’t let the small population size and its rural feel fool you.  Wyoming is actually bustling and the industry set is more diverse than you think.  While the key industries are what one would expect from a rural state, ranching, agriculture, rodeo, (not an industry,  we know); oil and gas, and defense are also thriving industries as well.
