Louisiana is a state that has a rich history and it one of the largest oil and gas producing states in the county.  When Hurricane Katrina and various other natural disasters hit, it was a chance for Louisianans to show their resolve and ingenuity.  College is woven into the fabric of daily life for state residents.  In 2019, the state went off the rails when the LSU Tigers won the NCAA national football championship.  Football craze spills over to smaller colleges as well with HBCU programs like Southern University and Grambling  seemingly always contending for the mythical “black national college football championship”.  The New Orleans Saints on the other hand, not so much – just as Stefon Diggs.  In 2020, Louisianans got a full dose of online education and there are online schools that provide technological assistance to students – including laptops.  Gueax Louisiana!
