About the School:

The Worcester State University initially began as a teacher-training school back in 1874. Later, it had transformed to become a traditional liberal arts and sciences institution. Currently, it is located in Massachusetts on a 58-acre campus. With an acceptance rate of 81%, the university enrolls over 6,000 students annually.

Students can enroll in over 85 Degree Programs in fields including biomedical sciences, education, business, humanities, health professions, and behavioral sciences. The university utilizes a semester-based academic calendar and offers a student/faculty ratio of 17:1. The educational expenses for WSU are comparatively lower. In-state students pay around $970 in tuition and fees and out-of-state students pay around $7,000. WSU also provides various financial support to its students. The average need-based financial aid is approx. $5,400.

Online Presence:

Laptop Programs:

Worcester State University offers Laptop Purchase Program to its students. Here, students can purchase Apple or Dell laptops at a discounted price. If you purchase a laptop through this program, the university will provide on-campus support free of charge, as well as you get a complete-care warranty. First-year students can also make use of their financial aid grant to purchase laptops through this program.
