The Worcester State University initially began as a teacher-training school back in 1874. Later, it had transformed to become a traditional liberal arts and sciences institution. Currently, it is located in Massachusetts on a 58-acre campus. With an acceptance rate of 81%, the university enrolls over 6,000 students annually.
