Westfield State University campusWestfield State University is a public institution founded in 1838. It has a total enrollment of 5,400 students, and the campus size is 256 acres. WSU is among the more affordable institutions in Massachusetts and also offers the same rate for Master’s programs for in-state and out-of-state students. On average, applicants admitted at Westfield State have an SAT score of 980 to 1150 or an ACT score of 18 to 24.

The university offers 70+ programs in academic departments, including education, health, human services, arts, humanities, social science, graduate & continuing education, mathematics, and science. At WSU, the resident tuition & fees are approx. $11,324 and non-resident tuition & fees are approx. $17,404. Additionally, residents over 60 years are offered free tuition.
