University of Montana Western campusThe University of Montana Western is the only public four-year university in the United States that provides the 'Experience One' curriculum, in which a single subject is taught by doing in a practical setting. The institution was established in 1893 and has a campus area of 20 acres. Furthermore, the university has a 56% acceptance rate. Students who get admitted to University of Montana, on average, have an SAT score of 890 to 1120 or an ACT score of 17 to 22. However, SAT or ACT score is not mandatory for admission. The university will take GPA into account while considering applicants. The institution also provides financial assistance and scholarships to students to complete their education .
