About the School:

Capital University serves a diverse student body of nearly 3,300, including traditional undergraduates, degree-completion and graduate students. They offer 60 majors and more than 50 minors in the areas of Music, Arts and Communication, Business and Management, Education, Humanities, Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Science, Nursing and Health, and Social Sciences. They offer graduate degrees and/or post-degree certification in Education, Law, Theology, Nursing, Business and Music Education.

Laptop Programs:

The IT Equipment Loan Program provides short-term loans of a limited supply of laptops, digital cameras, DV cameras and other audio/visual equipment to support academic needs for current faculty, staff and students. Equipment is loaned on a first-come, first-served basis. Who is eligible to check out equipment? All current Capital University faculty, staff and students are eligible to check out majority of equipment in inventory, however, some equipment are on reserve for faculty and staff only. What type of equipment is available for checkout? You may contact the IT Service Desk for questions or inquiries related to any equipment listed. We currently have the following available for loan: Video Projectors Laptops Digital Cameras Portable Miniature Projectors Portable Projector Screen Tripods Wireless/Handheld Mic Kits How long can I keep the equipment? Equipment can be checked out for a maximum of three (3) days and must be returned to IT by the agreed-upon time and date so it can be checked out by other people who need it.
