About the School:

Athens State University is an upper-level institution offering degree programs in business, arts & sciences, and education. It is Alabama’s oldest educational institution of higher learning. With a student/faculty ratio of 15:1, ASU enrolls over 3,000 students each year. Students can choose from more than 30 online/hybrid degree programs.   The university also provides an extensive range of financial aid programs. Each year ASU distributes $1-million worth of merit-based scholarship grants. Also, students have access to educational loans and work-study programs to reduce their tuition costs.
